Join us for AIGA NWA Mug Swap! What exactly is a mug swap? It’s a fun way to connect with fellow creatives and swap a cool mug. It’s simple, click the sign up link to fill out a short questionnaire, and we’ll match you with another swapper. Then, find or make the perfect mug for your new friend and send it via snail mail. You will also receive a mug specially chosen for you from another local creative. Anyone is welcome to participate!
DATES:
- Aug. 24 to Sept. 6 2017 Sign up to participate
- Sept. 7 to 13, 2017 Via email, you will be matched with a fellow swapper. You will receive their name and some information to help you pick the perfect mug.
- Sept. 13 to 30, 2017 Purchase and ship the mug
RULES:
- Do not contact your giftee beforehand! We want to keep it a surprise.
- Be as creative as you like! Purchase a cool mug or decorate one.
- Include your contact info (Instagram/slack handle and email) with your package, so your giftee can contact you afterwards to say thank you.
- Do your best to mail your mug no later than Sept. 30, 2017.
- Securely package your mug for shipping.
- We recommend shipping via USPS flat rate (includes tracking/insurance).
- Share a photo with the #AIGAmugswap on Instagram or Facebook when you receive your mug.
- Share a photo of the mug you receive using the #AIGAmugswap on Instagram or Facebook.
- Be kind to your fellow creatives. Take this seriously to ensure everyone receives a mug and has a good time.
